He is the Managing Partner of Total Care Computer Consulting. He currently serves as President of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners – Cincinnati Chapter; President Emeritus of Cincinnati Network Professional Association; President of the Cincinnati Small Business Server Users Group, Member Emeritus of Microsoft’s Small Business Specialist Advisory Board and has sat on the board of the Information Technology Advisory Team for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and CincyTechUSA.
He has been recognized by Microsoft as a leading expert on their influential Small Business Server product line for the 6th year. He is a nationally known Small Business Server expert, author, and regular speaker at industry conferences throughout the United States.
